Legal Manager

• Candidate should be a law graduate .
• Candidate sould have min 4 years of experiance in collection legal from BFSI .
• Should be able to Speak, Read and Write in Gujarati and Hindi .
• Should be willing to travel within Gujarat as per the companies requirement .
• Should be willing to attend in court/ police station on behalf of the company .
• Should have basic Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day corporate, commercial, and legal matters.
• Provide legal advice to management and internal departments on business transactions and operations.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
• Identify contractual and legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licenses, and statutory requirements.
• Manage litigation, disputes, legal notices, claims, and court-related matters in coordination with external counsel.
• Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on relevant legal issues.
• Maintain contracts, legal records, licenses, registrations, notices, and case documentation.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
• Support legal due diligence for transactions, investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and other business activities.
• Develop and maintain standard legal templates, policies, processes, and contract-management systems.
• Support corporate governance, compliance reviews, audits, and internal investigations where required.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and other departments on legal matters.
