Legal Manager

• Candidate should be a law graduate .
• Candidate sould have min 4 years of experiance in collection legal from BFSI.
• Should be able to Speak, Read and Write in Gujarati and Hindi .
• Should be willing to travel within Gujarat as per the companies requirement .
• Should be willing to attend in court/ police station on behalf of the company .
• Should have basic Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day legal and compliance activities of the organization.
• Provide legal advice to management and internal business teams on commercial and operational matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
• Review business transactions and identify potential legal and contractual risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage litigation, disputes, notices, claims, and legal proceedings in coordination with external advocates.
• Liaise with external lawyers, legal consultants, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on relevant legal matters.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, licenses, registrations, notices, and case documentation.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
• Support due diligence activities for business transactions, investments, acquisitions, or partnerships.
• Establish and maintain contract management and legal compliance processes.
• Develop standard agreements, legal templates, policies, and SOPs.
• Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and corporate governance activities.
