Job Summary

We are looking for a Legal Manager / Senior Legal Manager with 7-12 years of experience to lead and strengthen our legal function. In this role, you will define legal strategy, oversee complex agreements, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage legal risks, support business decisions, and build a strong, compliant operational framework.

• Manage legal matters across contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
• Lead and mentor the legal team, ensuring high performance and quality delivery.
• Oversee regulatory filings, insurance, and legal documentation processes.
• Handle complex legal issues and escalations, coordinating with external counsel when required.
• Manage legal department operations including workflows, resources, and priorities.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry best practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external legal partners.
