Legal Manager - Senior Legal Associate - Litigation

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal professional to primarily handle litigation matters. The role involves close coordination with external solicitors and counsel, handling high-stakes regulatory matters, and providing legal support across maritime, banking, and mining domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare List of Dates and Synopsis to brief the Solicitor and Counsel
• Co-ordinate with the solicitors from time to time to strategize the proceedings
• Research Case Laws and prepare internal Notes
• Deal matters and evaluate the way forward
• Vet Banking documents including Bank Guarantees, Facility Agreements, Letters of Credit, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• LLB/LLM with relevant PQE in litigation
• Prior experience handling regulatory/investigative matters
• Strong research and case-law analysis skills; ability to prepare briefs and internal notes
• Excellent coordination skills to liaise with external solicitors and counsel
