Legal Manager at A FinTech Company

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer MSAs and commercial agreements.
• Improve contract management processes, templates, and policies.
• Advise teams on contract risks, structuring, and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Company Law, FEMA, and Shareholder Agreements.
• Manage corporate governance, statutory compliance, and intellectual property matters.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Support legal due diligence and fundraising documentation.
• Train teams on legal best practices and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Legal experience in a B2B SaaS company, with customer exposure mandatory.
• Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, corporate governance, and shareholder agreements.
• Working knowledge of intellectual property, patents, and trademarks.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
