Legal Manager and Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle legal and pre-legal matters related to real estate projects.
• Manage legal documentation, notices, agreements, and related processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, advocates, and external legal consultants.
• Handle property-related legal issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the organization in legal compliance and risk management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Real Estate experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must have a strong Real Estate background.
• Only candidates with Real Estate industry experience are eligible to apply.
• Strong knowledge of real estate legal/pre-legal processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
