Legal Litigation Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage legal litigations from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective dispute resolution.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in accordance with FEMA regulations.
• Provide expert advice on SEBI guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and evidence necessary for litigation purposes.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of contract drafting, contracting, and legal documentation best practices.
• Familiarity with FEMA regulations and ability to apply them effectively in business operations.
• Experience working with SEBI guidelines or equivalent regulatory bodies.
