About this role
We are looking for passionate and driven Law Interns or Final-Year Law Students to join our dynamic legal team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the legal aspects of real estate transactions and regulatory compliance . As part of the team, you will work closely with experienced advocates and legal professionals on high-impact projects related to property acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal due diligence, documentation, and negotiations related to real estate transactions.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Research zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental compliance issues.
- Support dispute resolution efforts, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative methods.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, trends, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external counsels, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare memos or briefing notes.
- Attend meetings with government authorities and assist in negotiations.
- Contribute to policy development and internal compliance processes.
- Participate in legal training sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Final-year law student (LLB/JD or equivalent)
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai
- Strong interest and/or prior exposure to real estate law
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal research tools
