About this role
NITCO Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support the Legal Department with legal research, documentation, litigation tracking and day-to-day legal activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations and judicial precedents.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and organising legal notices, agreements, contracts, case summaries, legal briefs and court documents.
- Support litigation management by tracking case status, hearing dates and important deadlines.
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic legal records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external advocates on legal matters.
- Assist with other legal assignments as directed by the Legal Department.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a final-year student pursuing an LL.B. degree.
- Strong legal research, drafting and documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
