Legal Intern

We are looking for a Legal Intern who can join us immediately to support our team on compliance across our business centres. This teammate will help us in making sure every centre has the right licences, registrations and documents in place, and that they stay up to date.

Responsibilites

• Track licences and approvals for each centre, such as Shops & Establishment registration, trade licence, fire NOC, occupancy certificate, lift licence and signage permissions
• Maintain a compliance tracker with renewal dates and flag anything due or expired
• Support documentation for virtual office and business centre clients, including address proof and GST registration papers
• Review and organize leave and licence agreements, landlord documents and client agreements
• Check vendor and contract labour compliance at centres
• Coordinate with centre teams, landlords and consultants to collect missing documents
• Research state-wise rules and share short, clear updates with the team
• Help prepare for audits and inspections

Who we are looking for

• Final-year LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB student, or a recent graduate
• Basic understanding of corporate, labour and commercial laws
• Good at reading documents and spotting gaps
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken English
• Comfortable with Excel and Word
• Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) for research, drafting and summarizing
