Legal Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal & Compliance team. The intern will gain practical exposure to corporate legal matters, contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal research while working closely with experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on various laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, agreements, notices, and policies.
• Assist in contract management and documentation processes.
• Support compliance activities and maintain legal records.
• Monitor updates in relevant laws and regulations and prepare summaries.
• Assist in handling litigation-related documentation and coordination with external counsels.
• Prepare legal notes, reports, presentations, and case summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality of legal and business information.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing LLB (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of corporate, labor, contract, and commercial laws.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
