Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case laws, and legal precedents.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
Support the legal team in maintaining legal records, databases, and documentation.
Prepare legal summaries, case briefs, and research reports.
Assist with compliance monitoring and regulatory filings, where applicable.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect information and documentation for legal matters.
Review documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Attend meetings, hearings, or discussions (if permitted) and prepare meeting notes.
Provide administrative support to the legal department as required.
