Legal Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Legal team in drafting, reviewing and vetting commercial agreements, leases, LOIs, NDAs and other contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare brief legal notes.
• Assist with contract negotiations, documentation and legal due diligence.
• Support the team on real estate, commercial and general corporate matters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel, as required.

Desired Skills:

Strong legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, good communication skills and a keen interest in commercial/in-house legal work.
