Role: Associate Legal Assistant
Location: Mumbai (HO)
Education: LLB or LLM Pursuing
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining contracts on CMS portal
- Carry out legal research in relation to any new applicable legislation and on such specific points of law, as required.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of the Company
- Preparation of presentations for the Business legal team
- Maintaining MIS of WIP for Business legal team
Skills & Competencies:
- Legal Research
- MS office - Word, Excel & Power Point
- Good drafting skills.
