Legal Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Intern to support our Legal Department in handling day-to-day legal activities, documentation, compliance, and legal research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Legal Team in legal research and analysis on corporate and commercial matters.
• Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of legal documents, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
• Assist in contract review and documentation.
• Maintain and organize legal records, case files, agreements, and other documents.
• Assist with legal compliance and tracking of statutory requirements.
• Support the team in preparing legal reports, MIS, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for collection of required legal documents and information.
• Assist in reviewing and maintaining vendor, employee, and business-related agreements.
• Support the Legal Team in litigation and non-litigation matters as required.
• Perform other legal and administrative activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Corporate Law and basic legal concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility

• B.A. LL.B / B.B.A. LL.B recent graduates.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with an interest in Corporate Law, Banking/NBFC Law, Contracts, and Legal Compliance will be preferred.
