- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to international trade law and corporate litigation.
- Conduct research on various legal issues and provide insights to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing international trade and commerce.
- Support case management and analysis for commercial litigation cases.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
