Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage legal affairs of the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to facilitate business transactions.
- Oversee litigation management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by staying updated on changes in banking laws and corporate governance practices.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in Banking Law or related field.
- Strong expertise in Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiations, Corporate Governance, Data Protection (HP Data Protector), Litigation Management, Regulatory Compliance (DPDPL), Risk Management.
