Legal Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Draft and vet legal documents such as sale deeds, development agreements, builder-buyer agreements, lease agreements, MOUs, and power of attorney.
• Conduct legal due diligence on land and properties, including title, jamabandi, khasra, mutation, and encumbrance verification.
• Track legal notices and court cases, and maintain a litigation tracker with case status, hearing dates, and next actions.
• Draft replies to legal notices, prepare case briefs for advocates, and follow up on cases for timely and favourable disposal.
• Coordinate with Tehsil, Collectorate, Sub-Registrar, BIDA, Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB), and other government officers for approvals, records, and clearances.
• Assist in land conversion, mutation, RERA filings, and MCA/ROC compliances as per applicable laws.
• Support Sales, Finance, and HR teams on customer, cheque dishonour (NI Act), and labour law matters.

Maintain organized legal records, prepare periodic litigation MIS reports, and maintain confidentiality of company and land records

Preferred candidate profile

• LLB / BBA LLB; 13 years of experience in real estate, litigation, or corporate legal work (freshers with strong internships may apply).

Knowledge of Rajasthan revenue laws, RERA, and property laws; strong drafting skills; English and Hindi; MS Word and Excel
