Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Executive to provide comprehensive legal and secretarial support across business functions. The role involves contract drafting, legal compliance, corporate secretarial activities, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts and agreements
• Support Board & Committee meeting processes including agendas, notices, and minutes
• Handle MCA filings, statutory forms, and corporate compliances
• Provide legal support for corporate actions such as acquisitions, demergers, and expansions
• Coordinate contract execution and maintain legal documentation
• Provide legal assistance to departments including Finance, Technical Services, and Corporate Affairs
• Support project contract monitoring and compliance activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good understanding of corporate legal compliances and MCA filings
• Strong analytical and coordination abilities
• Candidates pursuing or completed LLB will be preferred

Qualification

• Graduate in Law / LLB Preferred

Experience

• Relevant legal or corporate secretarial experience preferred
