Drafting & Vetting
- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, MOUs, and NDAs
- Prepare and review corporate documents, notices, and legal correspondence
- Maintain templates and standardize documentation formats
Litigation Support
- Maintain and update case files and legal documentation
- Coordinate with external counsel/advocates on ongoing matters
- Track status of court cases, disputes, and legal notices
- Prepare case summaries and status reports for management
Other
- Support in intellectual property, labour law, or contract-related queries as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
