Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and vet Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Allotment Letters, and other customer documentation
• Coordinate with customers for document collection and verification
• Liaise with banks for loan documentation and disbursement processes
• Coordinate registration activities and attend Sub-Registrar offices when required
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory requirements
• Maintain records of agreements, registrations, and legal documents
• Handle customer queries related to legal documentation post booking
• Track pending registrations and documentation status
• Coordinate with accounts and CRM teams for payment and documentation alignment
• Support in resolving post-sales legal disputes, if any
