Experience

4–5 Years

Educational Qualification

• LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / BBA LL.B. from a reputed university with good academic performance.

Key Skills

• Strong English communication, legal drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Manupatra, Westlaw, etc.
• Strong integrity, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good stakeholder management and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle land & property matters, including lease, registration, title due diligence, and legal compliance.
• Draft, review, vet, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.
• Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external lawyers/consultants.
• Draft legal notices, replies, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and support implementation of compliance strategies.
• Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, approvals, permissions, and inspections.
• Support business teams in legal negotiations, risk assessment, and strategic matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice and recommendations to management.

Preferred Profile

Corporate legal professional with strong exposure to contracts, litigation, compliance, property matters, and government liaison, with a proactive and business-oriented approach.
