Legal ExecutiveLocation: Gurgaon, HaryanaEmployment Type: Full-TimeJoining: ImmediateJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to manage legal documentation,ensure regulatory compliance, review contracts, and provide legal support to business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal notices.- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and commercial laws.- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and disputes.- Maintain legal documentation and statutory records.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual and compliance matters.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities as required.- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Qualifications- LL.B. (Mandatory)- LL.M. preferred- 2-5 years of experience in corporate legal/compliance roles.Key SkillsContract Drafting, Corporate & Commercial Laws, Legal Compliance, Labor Laws, LitigationCoordination, Legal Research, Documentation, Negotiation, Risk Management, Communication,Analytical Skills.Location: Gurgaon, HaryanaImmediate Joiners Preferred
