Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and correspondence.
  
• Assist in preparing board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions as required.
  
• Handle legal documentation, including drafting agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry or related field.
  
• LLB (Any Specialization) degree from a recognized university.
  
• Strong understanding of legal operations, legal documentation, legal drafting, and providing legal advice.
