Legal Executive - US Paralegal

We are looking for a US Paralegal / Litigation Paralegal with hands-on experience in US Landlord-Tenant Law. Experience handling matters related to Florida and California jurisdictions is mandatory.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting legal research, legal drafting, litigation documentation, court filings and case management.

Experience in US Civil Litigation is required, while knowledge of Business/Corporate Law will be an added advantage.

Location: Noida Sector 63 (near Metro)

Work Mode: WFO

Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years

Shift Timings: US Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Handle US Landlord-Tenant matters, including eviction complaints, answers and affirmative defenses.
• Prepare discovery documents such as Interrogatories, Requests for Production and Requests for Admissions.
• Draft motions, subpoenas, notices, pleadings and other legal documents.
• Conduct US legal research and assist with court filings.
• Prepare witness and exhibit lists.
• Assist with depositions, mediation and trial preparation.
• Prepare discovery responses, declarations and legal memoranda.
• Maintain case files, legal documents and important deadlines.
• Assist with legal documents such as NDAs, service agreements, partnership agreements and commercial contracts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 Months - 1 Year of hands-on experience in US Landlord-Tenant Law.
• Experience with Florida and California jurisdictions.
• Experience in US Civil Litigation.
• Knowledge of US legal research and legal drafting.
• Understanding of US court procedures and litigation documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, documents and deadlines.
• LL.B., J.D. or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
• Florida or California Bar admission will be an added advantage.
