Legal - Contracts Management Professional

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including supplier, service, procurement, NDA, MSA, technology, software, marketing, consulting, logistics, leasing, and related-party contracts.
• Provide practical legal advice on commercial transactions and identify legal and business risks.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals, compliance tracking, and contract repository management.
• Drive standardization of templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.
• Support contract negotiations with customers, vendors, suppliers, and business partners.

• Provide legal support to procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, finance, sales, marketing, and corporate functions.
• Advise on legal implications of business initiatives and strategic transactions.
• Support implementation of legal and compliance policies.

• Assist in handling litigation, arbitration, regulatory matters, and legal notices.
• Coordinate with external counsel and track legal proceedings.

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• LL.M. or specialization in Corporate/Commercial Laws is preferred.

• 7-8 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracting and legal advisory.
• Experience in Automotive, OEM, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial sectors preferred.
• Candidates from reputed MNCs or large Indian corporates will have an advantage.
