About this role
Role & responsibilities :
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and legal contracts.
- Handle EPC, vendor, service, supply, consultancy, NDA and JV agreements.
- Identify contractual risks and provide legal recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
- Support contract negotiations, claims, disputes and amendments.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Commercial, Projects and other internal teams.
Preferred candidate profile: :
- LLB / Law degree.
- 510 years of relevant experience.
- Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of commercial and contractual matters.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
