Legal Consultant

ONEALPHA VENTURES LIMITED, is a rising force in Indias Industrial and Logistics infrastructure space, specilalzing in the development of large-scale Industrial parks, warehouses, Villas, and Flats. . To strengthen our legal and compliance framework, we are seeking a qualified Advocate with expertise in property and real estate law.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, vetting, and finalizing agreements, lease deeds, and land title deeds.

Handling legal documentation from land procurement stage to disposal of flats.

Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.

Coordinating with external legal consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.

Candidate Profile:

• Law graduate with valid enrollment as an Advocate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, property law, and construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of agreements, lease deeds, land title verification, and registration procedures.

Preference will be given to the candidates from Chennai or Kerala
