What You Will Do
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate legal issues
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, terms of service, and privacy policies
- Maintain contract documentation and correspondence; track key dates for renewal, extension, or closure
- Present contract terms and legal positions clearly to internal stakeholders and external parties
- Identify and mitigate legal risks to protect the organization from breaches and liabilities
- Support the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise leadership accordingly
- Ensure all company transactions comply with corporate law requirements
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory)
- 1+ years of relevant experience practicing corporate law
- Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Location: Sector 44, Gurugram
- Work Mode: 5 days onsite
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fixed)
