Legal Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Review civil complaints from online court websites on a regular basis
• Download and validate complaint case PDFs from court sources
• Maintain and update inventory tracking sheets
• Identify qualified complaints and upload valid cases into the client tool
• Capture, verify, and update metadata and synopsis information from source documents
• Review auto-populated data and make necessary corrections before submission
• Prepare concise and accurate case synopses based on complaint details
• Submit completed cases in the client application within the defined TAT
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project guidelines

Synopsis Writer

• Conduct legal research using case law repositories, legal databases, court websites, and regulatory sources.
• Review, analyze, summarize, and edit legal documents, complaints, case updates, and legal articles.
• Maintain and update legal editorial content in line with project requirements and editorial guidelines.
• Identify and collect relevant legal precedents, regulations, legislative updates, and case studies.
• Verify and update metadata, synopsis, and legal content within client tools and applications.
• Maintain research documentation and inventory tracking for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal developments relevant to assigned projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and U.S./U.K.-based stakeholders to support legal publishing and research activities.
• Manage multiple assignments while ensuring quality and adherence to turnaround timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Legal graduate (2025 & 2026 pass out candidates can apply)
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Work From Office (WFO) and Work From Home (WFH)
• Willing to work in Shifts.
