Experience - 2-6 Years

CTC Range - 3.6 LPA to 4.5 LPA CTC

Legal & Site Resolution

• Conduct site visits to assess legal related issues. 
• Resolve local authority query, objections and third-party issue. 
• Provide legal advice and practical solutions to enable project execution.
• Coordinate with respective team members to identify legal risks and mitigation measures.
• Engage with landowners, local communities, and other stakeholders to amicably resolve disputes.

• Review land records, title documents, agreements, and site related legal documents.
• Have knowledge abo
• ut local applicable laws, regulations. 
• Have good understanding level to review current policy and laws. 
• Have drafting kill in local language to prepare letter, application for submission in authority. 

Qualifications

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Revenue, Real estate, Infrastructure, litigation or land-related legal matters.
• Experience in handling field-based legal issues and government liaison activities.
• Familiarity with land records, revenue matters. 

Key Skills

• Knowledge of property and contract laws.
• Government liaison and negotiation abilities.
• Legal drafting and documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site.
• Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach to dispute resolution.
