Legal Assistant

Nashik based. Reporting to Legal Manager. Degree in Law with minimum 5 years experience in the Any Industry.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for handling domestic and international IPR applications/renewals;
• Activities related to trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design registrations/renewals;
• Maintaining files and updating the list of intellectual property and other matters; routine filing;
• Attending court cases as instructed and providing briefings;
• Processing invoices as per the companys procedures;
• Coordinating with attorneys and internal stakeholders;
• Preparing MIS reports and keeping them updated, etc.
• Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel is must.
• Good oral and written English communication skills essential.
