We are looking for a dynamic, commercially oriented legal professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Legal.

The role offers an opportunity to work closely with business and leadership teams, providing legal support across commercial transactions, digital commerce, finance, technology, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including MSAs, vendor, procurement, EPC, SaaS, financing agreements, NDAs, and strategic partnerships.
Provide legal advisory and business partnering support to finance, technology, operations, and business teams.
Support legal matters relating to e-commerce, B2B marketplaces, fintech, digital lending, and supply-chain finance.
Drive legal compliance, regulatory monitoring, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance initiatives.
Manage litigation, arbitration, recovery proceedings, legal notices, and dispute resolution across India.
Develop contract templates, legal playbooks, compliance frameworks, and SOPs.
Conduct internal legal awareness and compliance training programs.

Qualifications & Experience
LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred.
2–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in an in-house legal role.
Strong expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiations, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Working knowledge of e-commerce, fintech, digital lending, technology agreements, data privacy, and EPC/procurement contracts.
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business partnering approach with the ability to balance legal risks and business objectives.
