About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have Good Drafting and Excellent Communication skills, with a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role involves working on a variety of legal tasks in the context of the US, UK, European, Canadian, and other countries' law.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing various legal documents, including motions, discoveries, and responses.
• Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of trial documents.
• Initiating and managing pre-litigation processes.
• Drafting and vetting litigation documents, including complaints.
• Understanding and applying federal and other state laws across jurisdictions in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and other countries.
• Collaborating on cases involving European and Canadian legal frameworks.
• Managing calendaring tasks, scheduling, and maintaining legal deadlines.
• Providing paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
• Coordinating with clients and maintaining effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
