Legal and Compliance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety regulations, FSMS standards, and industry guidelines in the FMCG sector.
• Develop and implement effective corporate compliance programs to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
• Provide training and guidance on legal requirements to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 8-20 years of experience in legal & compliance management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of food laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GMPs).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate compliance programs.
