The key responsibilities are to provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients across diverse subject matters, lead and mentor a team of Legal Advisors, ensure high-quality legal support, and drive operational excellence while achieving business

and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients across diverse subject matters.
• Understand client requirements and deliver practical and effective legal solutions.
• Introduce and recommend our legal services based on client requirements, whilecontributing to revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, contracts, legal notices, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with external counsels for litigation management and ensure timely follow-up on legal matters.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Legal Advisors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Review legal opinions, client communications, and documentation prepared by team members to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
• Handle client escalations and resolve complex legal issues with minimal supervision.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Continuously update legal knowledge and ensure the team is aligned with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices.

I Qualification(s):

• LLB or LLB in Law or Masters in Law from an accredited college or university.

II. Experience:

• 16 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate law, or legal consulting.
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring a legal team is preferred.
