Responsibilities

• Conduct GTW audits and other related audits and assessments as per client protocol.
• Prepare audit and assessment reports within the defined TAT.
• Ensure that report quality meets client expectations and requirements.
• Ensure timely responses to resolve client queries.
• Be ready to travel across India.

We Are Looking for You With

Qualification

BE or B.Tech in Leather Processing/Technology, or a Masters in Chemistry with experience in leather processing/tannery.

Relevant Experience

4+ years of experience in a leather tannery.

Expertise

• Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
• Chemical background with high experience in the product health and safety area and manufacturing processes, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leather tannery, including Dyeing/Processing/Printing, etc.
• Technical professionals from the leather tannery industry could also be considered with 5 years of experience.
• Environmental background and knowledge of water treatment.
• Knowledge of local environmental laws.
• Familiarity with quality requirements for final leather garments and lab processes, including pH, colour fastness, and risky chemicals.
