Leasing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Leasing and Business Development
   
• Identify and approach prospective tenants, corporate clients, retailers, and businesses for commercial leasing opportunities.
• Generate leasing leads through brokers, property consultants, channel partners, and direct corporate contacts.
• Promote available commercial spaces, including office units, retail shops, and other commercial properties.
• Achieve leasing targets, occupancy levels, and revenue objectives.
• 2.Client Management and Negotiation
  
• Conduct property visits and presentations for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental rates, security deposits, lease tenure, lock-in periods, rent-free periods, escalation clauses, and other commercial terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Handle tenant queries, commercial discussions, renewals, and lease extensions.
• 3.Lease Documentation and Agreements
  
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and other leasing documents.
• Coordinate with the legal and finance teams for documentation, approvals, and compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of leasing formalities and handover of leased premises.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of commercial lease structures, rental negotiations, and lease documentation.
• Good networking skills and the ability to develop relationships with brokers and corporate clients.
• Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Target-oriented approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
