Leasing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial leasing transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely execution of agreements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to identify potential opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, property values, and tenant demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the leasing process.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in commercial leasing or related field (real estate development, property management).
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
