- Due diligence of property in terms of paper work.
- Lease execution Timely completion of LSW and prompt possession for Banks interior works
- Layout analyzing and site budgets drafting.
- Interior works execution of premises sourced + MB branches in allocated territory
- Should be well versed with technical evaluation of sites feasible for Banking Outlet setup. Anticipates and draft suitable and best fit layouts.
- Co-ordinate collation of estimates and quotes from various TKOs and Supply Partners
- Manages day to day activities of coordinating with Partners for timely completion of site
- Play a significant role in project planning, project status reporting, and implementing change.
- Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Timely Sourcing & Conversion of properties within the budgeted rent & area
- Smooth project Handover without any issues with owner and municipal agencies
- Coordination with property consultants, legal advocates, owners, internal clients.
