Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Manager role based in Chennai. The Leasing Manager will

handle

• leasing activities

for Phase 1 of the Industrial & Logistics Park at Oragadam Chennai

• ensuring

successful leasing at the Park with support from Team spread across Chennai and Mumbai (Head Office).

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in leases and lease administration especially for Industrial Logistics Assets
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Relevant experience in real estate leasing or property management, preferably in Industrial Logistics developments.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
