Learning Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

Offer customer support through phone to customers who may have questions or concerns about a product or service acquired. To become a Brand representative who is always willing to help and find sounding solutions for customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate via inbound telephone calls with customers
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
• Accurately document and update records in required systems
• Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform the job effectively
• Generate fees and up-sell wherever possible
• Represent highest standards of the brand

HIGHLY PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent experience

HIGHLY PREFERRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years customer service experience - telephone experience
• Ability to remain highly motivated in a service environment
• Analytical thinker and problem solver
• PC proficiency
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented
• Highly energetic with motivation to assist Customers and other team members
