Job Description of Trainer

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retention during training
• Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refreshers, training NHT batches - If required
• Demonstrate innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.
• Contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function
• Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with stakeholders
• Provide Feedback to New Hires on V&A and Soft Skills
• Call monitoring as per requirement

Key skills & knowledge:

• Exposure of at least 1 year in Training with a BPO - preferred.
• Good Facilitation , Presentation and content development skills
• Excellent communication skills and good people management skills.
• Good Knowledge about Soft Skills, V&A and Email writing skills
• Process Oriented, planning
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines & work under pressure.
• Good Time Management, Interpersonal skills and Teamwork.
