The role focuses on coordinating training activities, maintaining learning records, supporting learners and facilitators and ensuring smooth execution of learning operations in alignment with organizational processes and compliance requirements.

• Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Learning Operations • • Bachelors degree in any discipline. Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields preferred • Shift Timings • Must be flexible with respect to shift timings Roles and Responsibilities: • Support end to end learning administration activities including training scheduling, enrollment and session coordination • Maintain and update Learning Management Systems LMS records accurately and in a timely manner • Assist in onboarding learning programs and mandatory compliance trainings • Respond to learner and stakeholder queries related to training logistics and access • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and facilitators for learning delivery support • Prepare basic reports, trackers and dashboards related to training activities • Ensure adherence to defined learning processes, data privacy and compliance standards • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Basic understanding of Learning and Development or HR operations • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word and Outlook • Ability to work with Learning Management Systems LMS at user or administrator level • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet SLAs • Awareness of workplace compliance and data confidentiality requirements
