    What would you do
  1. The Associate Manager Learning Development (LD) is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs for internal teams and client-facing operations. The role focuses on driving learning initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting talent development strategies, and ensuring smooth delivery of training operations aligned with business goals.
    The individual works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, and operations teams to identify capability gaps, improve employee performance, and enhance the overall learning experience.

  4. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools

    Experience
  9. 9-10 years of experience in Learning Development, HR operations, talent development, or training coordination
  10. Experience managing learning operations for global teams or enterprise clients
  11. Exposure to leadership development and capability-building programs
  12. Familiarity with digital learning platforms, virtual training tools, and reporting dashboards
  13. Certification in Learning Development, Instructional Design, or HR is an added advantage
  14. Experience supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  27. Manage and support end-to-end learning and development operations for assigned business units, functions or client programs
  28. Coordinate training schedules, learning calendars, onboarding sessions, and development initiatives
  29. Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs and capability development requirements
  30. Monitor training effectiveness through reports, feedback analysis, and learning metrics
  31. Support implementation of leadership development, upskilling, compliance, and behavioural training programs
  32. Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and external vendors for program execution
  33. Ensure learning data accuracy and maintain training records within LMS and reporting tools
  34. Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review
  35. Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning and career development
  36. Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or optimization initiatives
  37. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and training governance requirements
