WE'RE HIRING | LMS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage LMS/ViSearch content uploads, replacements & updates

Handle LMS service & troubleshooting tickets within SLA/TAT

Provide first-level support to users & trainers

Maintain ticket trackers, MIS & operational reports

Monitor SLA adherence and resolve queries with high FCR

Coordinate with training and cross-functional teams
