• Instructional Design & E-learning Development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
• Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) - Mandatory
• Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond
• Figma, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Synthesia, Well Said Labs, Eleven Labs
• LMS Platforms (Cornerstone, Moodle, SuccessFactors, Docebo)
• SCORM, xAPI
• Storyboarding, Content Development, Adult Learning Principles

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design.
• Strong expertise in creating interactive e-learning content and learning solutions.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Portfolio/work samples will be an added advantage.
• immediate joiners preferred.
