What would you do The Learning Experience Design and Development Senior Analyst develops training content based on design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional materials. Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs. Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning tools and products, ensuring the use of the latest technologies toDeliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Perform training solutions production on all types of development projects oDevelop understanding about the subject matter through materials provided and individual research.oDevelop course outlines and storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.oWrite or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.oReview your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the design prior to sending to supervisor for review. This role should expect to garner minimal feedback/change requirements from their supervisor.oConduct peer reviews as required for compliance to standards, functionality etc.oContribute to best practice/lessons learned developed on the job.oSupport supervisor in onboarding and mentoring new team members, and other admin. tasks as required.oReview and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, resolve conflicting feedback.oCommunicate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders for inputs, feedback, walkthroughs on training deliverables.
