Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainer to join our L&D team in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering engaging training programs across multiple business functions and supporting employee development, assessments, and campus hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions across Sales, Operations, Academics, and HR.
• Develop training modules, assessments, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
• Support campus recruitment and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Plan and manage training schedules and maintain training records.
• Track assessment scores, participant feedback, and training outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to conduct interactive training sessions for diverse groups.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proactive and result-oriented approach.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and digital learning platforms.
• Fresh graduates/postgraduates with a strong interest in Learning & Development are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
