Learning & Development - Officer (Trainer)

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct TNA/TNI and identify employee skill gaps.
• Plan and coordinate annual/monthly training programs.
• Conduct induction, technical, safety, and compliance training.
• Manage competency mapping and skill matrix.
• Coordinate internal/external training and maintain records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare MIS/dashboards.
• Manage LMS and training documentation.
• Support shop-floor capability building, multi-skilling, and employee development.
• Coordinate with department heads, trainers, and employees for effective training delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 6 years of L&D/Training experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in TNA, competency mapping, skill matrix, and training coordination.
• Strong Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, ISO/EHS is an advantage.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with shop-floor employees.
